Definition
Trading brokerage activities refer to the execution of client's purchase or sale orders for capital market instruments either in the name and account of the client or in its own name but for the account of the client, by investment institutions by directing orders to;
a) Exchanges or other organized market places,
b) An authorized organization under Article 37, paragraph one, subparagraph (c) of the Law,
c) A non-resident organization having an operating license from the competent authority of the relevant country, except for leveraged transactions.
