1. Campaign Summary
As BtcTurk | Hisse, we are bringing the rights held by our group company under its Main Sponsorship of the Turkish National Football Team to our investors. The campaign is organized to encourage customers who are registered with BtcTurk | Hisse but have not carried out any transactions to date to channel their savings into the capital markets.
Eligible winners selected among customers who carry out their first transaction and approve the participation survey during the campaign period will receive tickets to UEFA Nations League A home matches and Turkish National Football Team merchandise.
No minimum transaction amount, number of transactions, trading volume or balance is required to benefit from the campaign; a single first transaction is sufficient.

2. Who Can Participate?
Customers who meet all of the following conditions may participate in the campaign:
- Being registered with BtcTurk Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. as of the campaign start date and not having carried out any transactions to date.
- Answering “Yes” to the single-question participation survey automatically displayed in the BtcTurk | Hisse mobile app.
- Carrying out their first transaction with BtcTurk | Hisse within the campaign period.
- Being at least 18 years old and holding a valid investment account with the Company.
Customers who have previously carried out at least one transaction with BtcTurk | Hisse and former customers whose accounts have been closed are excluded from the campaign. The participation survey is shown only to customers who have not carried out any transactions to date, and it is shown to each customer only once, granting a single response.
Participation in the campaign is limited to a total of 500 valid participants who meet all participation conditions during the campaign period. Once 500 valid participants are reached, the participation survey is no longer displayed and the campaign quota is deemed full.
3. Campaign Details
3.1. Definition of First Transaction
Within the scope of the campaign, “first transaction” refers to the customer’s first transaction with BtcTurk | Hisse and may be any of the following:
- A cash deposit into the investment account,
- A buy or sell transaction in any market, including the Equity Market, the Futures and Options Market, investment funds, exchange-traded funds and foreign capital markets.
The campaign is not directed at any specific market, specific capital market instrument, minimum transaction amount or trading volume. Participation in the campaign and the first transaction taken into account under the campaign are carried out only through the BtcTurk | Hisse mobile app.
BtcTurk | Hisse’s current standard commission schedule applies to transactions carried out by participants; no commission discount, refund or advantage is provided under the campaign.
3.2. Reward Pool
A total of 230 rewards are distributed under the campaign:

Match ticket rewards cover a single match ticket only; transportation, accommodation and similar expenses are the customer’s own responsibility. Only the rewards listed above are given under the campaign.

Both matches are UEFA Nations League 2026/27 season League A group matches, based on the official fixture announced by the Turkish Football Federation.
3.4. Determining the Ranking
The timestamp at which the first transaction of a customer who answered “Yes” to the participation survey is recorded in the system is used to determine the ranking. The customer who carries out their first transaction earliest takes first place.
Since no minimum transaction amount, number of transactions or trading volume is required, the ranking is determined entirely by the time of the first transaction; the campaign offers no benefit linked to trading volume.
3.5. Determining the Winners
Customers who meet all participation conditions are ranked in ascending order by their first transaction timestamp, forming a single list of 500 people.
In this list, customers matching the fixed rank number combination determined and recorded before the campaign start and notified to the Turkish Capital Markets Association become eligible to win a reward. The combination is not changed in any way during the campaign.
The allocation of each reward to rank numbers was fixed before the campaign. Winning customers have no right to change the reward they won, change their match preference or exchange the reward for another reward.

3.7. If the Quota Is Not Filled
If the number of participants does not reach 500 by the end of the campaign period, a second (reserve) combination, also determined and recorded before the campaign start, applies. In this combination, the 230 rewards are mapped to the first 230 ranks as follows:

If the number of participants also falls below 230, only the rewards corresponding to the ranks formed are distributed; undistributed rewards fall outside the scope of the campaign and are not transferred to anyone else.
4. Announcement and Delivery
Winners are announced on 24 September 2026, the last day of the campaign, through the following channels:
- BtcTurk | Hisse official social media accounts
- SMS
- Push notification (PN) via the mobile app
- The list of winners is also published on the BtcTurk Support Knowledge Base website.
Winning customers are also sent a personal SMS and PN informing them that they have won a reward. Following the notification, the BtcTurk | Hisse Live Support team contacts the winning customers to inform them individually about the reward they won and the delivery process; the information required for delivery is collected during this call.
Delivery of the rewards to the eligible winners begins on 24 September 2026.

Match ticket rewards are not sent as printed tickets; the ticket for the relevant match is transferred digitally to the winner’s Passolig account. For the transfer to take place, the winner must have a valid and active Passolig fan card/account. The information required for the transfer is collected through the Live Support team. Stadium entry is subject to Passolig and the relevant stadium entry rules, as well as Turkish Football Federation regulations.
The delivery address for physical rewards is collected through the Live Support team. Shipments are made within the borders of Türkiye and shipping costs are covered by BtcTurk | Hisse.
5. General Terms
- This campaign is organized by BtcTurk Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. and is subject to the relevant legislation and Capital Markets Board (CMB) regulations. The campaign is implemented with the approval of the Turkish Capital Markets Association under its Promotional Campaigns Directive.
- The campaign is organized to encourage customers who are new to the capital markets to channel their savings into the capital markets; it does not constitute investment advice. All investment decisions belong to the customer.
- The campaign is not directed at any specific market, specific capital market instrument, minimum transaction amount or trading volume, and does not constitute guidance to invest in any specific security.
- Rewards cannot be converted into cash, transferred or exchanged for another reward. The cash equivalent of rewards is not deposited into the investor account.
- Match ticket rewards are personal; once transferred to the Passolig account, they cannot be transferred to third parties.
- Each eligible customer may win only 1 (one) reward under the campaign.
- No commission discount, refund or advantage is provided under the campaign; the current standard commission schedule applies.
- BtcTurk | Hisse cannot be held responsible for any change in match dates, times or status originating from the Turkish Football Federation or UEFA; in such a case, winners will be informed.
- BtcTurk | Hisse reserves the right to amend the campaign terms or terminate the campaign to the extent permitted by legislation and subject to notifying the Association.
- Customers participating in the campaign are deemed to have accepted these terms.
